Starting from the initial MMO Experience and my University Undergraduate and Graduate Studies Courses on Heavy Prefabrication at Usina Coignet in France, my acting with Secretary of Institutional Relations of the FADU UBA (1976-1977), the University Teaching Business and acting as producer Mortars and Coatings plastic resins, Industrial Flooring, Enamels and Epoxy Adhesives, Sealants Thiokol, Neoprene, Styrene butadiene, Hypalon and Silicones, Flats and Sockets synthetic rubber and expanded polystyrene (BASF) from my own company ISOLIT SA in building the Condor building for FAA and then in MKee Techint in the Project ESSO Campana distillery and later at Techint-TEPGE, in the development of Bridge Engineering Project Ferrovial Zarate-Brazo Largo, Plant Water Treatment Water "General Belgrano" OSN Bernal, the Central Nucleo-electric Rio Tercero Cordoba, Asphalt Plant and expansion Distillery YPF in Ensenada, engineering Structure Project with H ° A ° Steel Structure Building SOMISA at par in my own study of Architecture + Planning + Ubano + Social Housing Development construction Systems and Technology up to the year 1980 the Directorate of Development and reigenieria of the Sarmiento Park Project and the new Velodrome in the City of Buenos Aires until today, facing the challenge of research on the effects of Climate Change in the City, Director of the Institute UCES IEIA Environmental Research Studies and University Business and Social Sciences, in Topics Carbon Footprint and Water, Energy Efficiency and Energy Passive Rehabilitation Buildings and Labelling and boosting Formation of Internal Auditors, Consultants and Certifiers of Buildings energy Efficiency and Carbon Footprint and Water Construction Materials, Processes and Infrastructure Constructive Cities.

Agreements developed to integrate Businesses and Public Bodies / Private Dedicated Development Planning and Regional Economies from the analysis and the search for balance in overdraft consumption and the Ecological Footprint in the territory of the 2417 Municipalities and Communes of Argentina, in order to further Savings and Efficiency Energy Use and Development of Renewable Energy Clean, Identification Program under the Scheme CDM and enable the Carbon Market in Argentina and Mercosur.
It has developed a -absorviendo Financing Program, through the energy savings amortization cost of incorporating new smart-efficient lighting systems (MAGNETIC INDUCTION and / or LED) Lighting System Urbana, Sports Stadiums, occurring- Shopping Center, Country Club, gated communities and public buildings in the municipalities of Argentina based on energy savings and lower cost of billing will occur (80 to 90% of the light output) and the lowest cost of replacement and maintenance of Systems Public Lighting and Public Buildings (close to 90% of the actual cost). Applicable to the private sector, the Industrial, Commercial and Administrative Buildings and Homes.
